Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time, as well as no-shows, incur 100% of tour charges. Late arrivals are addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on seating and aircraft availability. The maximum weight is 300 pounds (136 kilograms) per passenger. The scheduled duration of tours varies based on flight routing, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions.
